Afro Ceilidh Allstars

Afro Ceilidh Allstars is an exciting collaboration between 5th generation master drummer Musa Mboob from The Gambia and English musician Tom Fairbairn (Whapweasel, Pigeon English, MoonDance etc) and top jazz saxophonist/composer Joe Browne. Musa is best known for his percussive mastery with groups such as Damon Albarn’s ‘Africa Express’ and jazz great Alan Skidmore’s band ‘Ubizo’ – the lineup also features some of the UK’s best respected African fusion musicians and are delighted to be working with festival favourite caller Cate Bannister to bring Priddy a night of infectious grooves, devastating basslines and non stop dancing
