Home Crioch Quartet

Crioch Quartet

Crioch Quartet are: Niopha Keegan (The Unthanks), Will Lang (Park Bench Social Club, Mabon), Colin Nicholson (The Tea pad Orchestra) and Andy Watt (Alistair Anderson and Chris Newman Trio).

Combining Vocals, Fiddle, Bodhran, Guitars and Accordion – Crioch Quartet draw inspiration from the traditions of Ireland, Scotland and England. Having gained invaluable experience as individuals, these four award-winning musicians come together to create a sound that is larger than the sum of its parts. They reignite the flames of old traditions, creating innovative and fresh music; not constrained by their traditions but still firmly rooted in them.
