Priddy is located in the middle of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty rich in historic interest so we've planned some events to give you a chance to explore the area a little.

Archaeological walk with Dr Jodie Lewis

Dr Jodie is planning a guided walk to the round barrows on North Hill and will talk about her exciting new work on the Priddy Circles too - a hugely popular event.

Hash Runs

The well known running club the Hash House Harriers come and do massive amounts of work as stewards at the festival and fit in two runs over the weekend. They also seem to fit in dancing, drumming, listening, singing and possibly some beer or cider. A very energetic, lively bunch..... all are welcome to join in their runs at whatever speed you can manage.

The local club is the Mendip Hills Hash House Harriers.

Hash Run 1 - The Long Run In Friday 9th 18:00 – meet at Priddy Upper Green to share transport to a mystery location – the run in is likely to be hilly but probably not more than 10 miles.

Hash Run 2 - Hangover Hash Sunday 11th 10:00 – meet at the Queen Victoria Inn for a gentle, four mile run family-friendly run around the village.
