You will receive your ticket order confirmation email, which you should print out and bring to the festival office to exchange for your wristbands. Please help the festival by having this form to hand upon arrival.
If you are not camping, go straight to the car park with your form – you will not be charged to park your vehicle if you show them your form. Take your form to the festival office to exchange for wristbands.
If you are camping, go directly to the campsite with your form, you will be directed to park & pitch your tent/caravan/motor home. You should then take your form to the festival office to exchange for wristbands.
Wristbands MUST be worn by every ticket holder at all times in order to ensure entry to the ticketed venues. Please show your wristband clearly when requested to do so when entering a venue.

Festival Office and Enquiries
The festival Office is on the the Green next to the New Inn (see the Maps page). It opens at 10am on Friday and will remain open during normal festival hours (see Programme).
You can contact the festival office 07776 939 087. This number is for ticket enquiries only, you cannot buy tickets or get refunds using it.
Please note that no dogs are allowed on site (other than guide dogs). Sorry, but it is a condition of our licence.
