We aren't able to take telephone payments, please can you use the ticket form detailed above. However, if you have any ticket related enquiries, we will be happy to answer them on 01749-674080.
Dogs
Apologies, but a condition imposed on the organisation of the festival is that dogs (other than Guide Dogs) are not allowed on either the Festival Site or the Camp Site.
Festival Office
On arrival go to the Festival Office where each ticket, purchased either online or by post, will be exchanged for a wristband.
Entrance to the events will be by wristband only, not by the enclosed ticket, so please ensure you exchange it before going to the event.
The Festival Office is open from 10am Friday and 9am and Saurday / Sunday.
Please note that the Festival Office does not have credit card facilities; cash or a cheque please. However you can get cash-back at the Queen Victoria, right next to the festival; this service is available when you spend more than £5 and costs an extra £1. The nearest cash-machines are on the High Street in Wells and at Tesco, also in Wells.
Camping
Camping is available only to Weekend or Day Ticket holders and must be pre-ordered. This allows us to meet your request for better camping facilities. While the facilities will remain basic, this year we hope to further improve the available campsite facilities. Camping remains free to Stewards.
If camping - please go direct to the campsite (access will be clearly signposted) with your camping ticket. The Campsite is open from 10am on Friday. Once you have settled in, head on over to the Festival Office to exchange your tickets for festival wristbands.
Fully serviced camping is available just up the road at the Mendip Heights, part of the Caravanning and Camping Club or the more basic, but very relaxed temporary camping at Ebborways Farm. Both are within 10 minutes stroll from the green.
Fully serviced camping is also available a short drive away at Wookey Hole, Haybridge, Westbury-sub-Mendip, Draycott and Cheddar.
The Festival Office is open from 10am Friday and 9am and Saturday / Sunday.
Car Parking
Campers will be parking next to their tents and will be close to the festival. Artistes and Traders will have a dedicated parking field adjacent to the festival site.
Disabled parking spaces are available on the perimiter of the site, please ask a steward for directions when you arrive in Priddy.
There is a large parking area being made available for those not covered by the above. A charge (per car) will be collected on entry.
Accessibility
We try our best to help people with disabilities get the most out of the weekend:
- Designated viewing areas in the main tent
- Wheelchair accessible toilets
- Dedicated car parking on the green
- Dedicated camping (though exactly where it will be sited this year is being reviewed to ensure appropriate accessibility as well as convenience)
- Stewards advised to offer assistance or help during the weekend
- Information for people who are blind or visually impaired, please advise us when making your booking
- Guide dogs permitted on the site
- We have a Priddy Committee member dedicated to deal with problems that might arise over the weekend
Please advise us if you have any special requirements or would like more detail of any of the above by contacting <organiser AT priddyfolk DOT org>.
