West Country based folk/punk musician, Gaz Brookfield has just released his 10th studio album, ‘Waiting For Wisdom’, and it went straight in at number one in the Official UK Album Download Charts.
Gaz has been at this for a while now. Since winning Acoustic Magazine Singer/Songwriter of the year way back in 2010 he has continued to tirelessly tour the length and breadth of the country, and beyond, building a strong and loyal following wherever he goes. His 2023 album, Morning Walking Club, saw Gaz achieve his first top 40 record, and even got number one in the UK Official Folk Album Charts.
Waiting for Wisdom is an album packed full of Gaz’s signature songwriting style, tackling life’s idiosyncrasies head on, but always with a wry, cynical smile, and a chorus that is as catchy as all hell!
