The wait is over!

2023 Line up for Priddy Folk Festival is here!

This is our 30th festival, and we are thrilled to announce a fabulous line up of acts, covering a wide range of folk genres from the traditional to the more avant-garde.

Headliners this year are The Jeremiahs and Dervish from Ireland, Fara and Kris Drever from Orkney and Tim Edey.

Other top bands include Kabantu, The Rin Tins, Mishra, Bonfire Radicals, Opa Rosa, The Often Herd, Amadou Diagne, Honey and the Bear, Tarren.  And we’re not forgetting our home-grown favourites The Drystones!

As well as a terrific line-up on the music stages, we have lots of other things to enjoy:

Dance Festival

Our Dance Festival features morris and display dance groups performing in different styles. You can also join in two ceilidhs, one on Saturday and one on Sunday, and there are lots of dance workshops too.

Our dance programme is free and open to all – come and join us!

Fringe Festival

We’ll be hosting a lively Fringe Festival as well. We put the focus firmly on local folk musicians – come and see some of the best talent that the West Country folk scene has to offer!  

Children’s Festival

Our children’s programme includes maypole dancing, family ceilidh dancing, body percussion workshops, teenage music tune-ups as well as songs and stories for younger children.
